Summer Salad
5-6 cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
5-6 Castlevetrano olives, pit removed &
cut into bite sized pieces
salt
pepper
garlic infused olive oil (I use Galen'a’s here in Nashville)
Combine everything in a small bowl & let ingredients marry together at room temperature.
(as long as you can stand)
Then eat by itself or use to dress greens, potatoes, or other tasty dishes!
