Sauteéd Chard with Onion


1 TB Avocado or Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Bunch Chard, cleaned

1 Small to Medium Onion, thinly sliced

2 TB Apple Cider Vinegar

Salt, to taste

Water *optional

Instructions: Heat a skillet over med-hi, once hot add butter or oil. Add onion and let cook until starts to soften. Add garlic and stir together for 1 to 2 minutes. Add chard to skillet then add in ACV. Chard will start to reduce quickly. If you want more of a "sauce," add a splash of water until reach desired consistency. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and remove from heat. These taste really good eaten cold out of the refrigerator the next day...if you're lucky!
